About this property
Towa Ryokan is a ryokan located just a 10-minute walk from JR Kyoto Station. A welcome drink of green tea will be prepared upon arrival. It also offers a spacious basement bath for guests to refresh and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Nishi Honganji Temple and Higashi Honganji Temple are just a 5-minute walk away. In addition to the Japanese-style rooms in the main building, you can also stay in a separate two-story Kyomachiya (rental). All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and electric kettle. The rooms in the main building have futon bedding, while the Kyomachiya houses have beds. All rooms have a private bathroom. A traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room or in your room. Vegan, Vegetarian and Pescatarian meals are available upon request. Please let us know the breakdown of meals at the time of booking. Please contact us at least 3 days before your reservation as it will take time to prepare. Towa Ryokan is a 10-minute drive from Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Nijo Castle and the Kyoto Imperial Palace. I would be honored if I could help you with your sightseeing.
