Hello, I am a “born and bred” Nozawa local Hiromi and manager for Nakao Villa . I live 3mins away from Nakao Villa with family . As for your additional information , I also organize and run a wide variety of activities and the genuine experiences in Nozawa including sporting, cultural, and historical. My personal specialty is Yoga and Wellness. I would be happy to assist you to plan your time during your stay and help you focus on relaxing, healing, and healthy eating in tune with the beautiful nature of my village. I can assist with any of the following all-year-round : Yoga & Retreats (group and private) with accommodation, Local cooking experiences, Archaeology, Forest Therapy and Mindful walking. I also do E-bicycle tours in the warm weather and Snowshoe tours during winter . These can be scheduled and tailored to fit your schedule as you like in either English or Japanese. After a wonderful day of doing whatever it is you enjoy, you can end your day by unwinding in one of the many natural hot spring onsen located throughout the village.
