This house is located in a quiet residential area, about 2 minutes walk from Keihan Railway's Shimanoseki Station. It is about 10 min walk from Otsu Station, and you can access Kyoto and Osaka, Kobe without changing trains. There is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom (total 28 m2) on the 1st floor, and a bedroom ( 20 m2) on the 2nd floor. Optical fiber WIFI available (speed about 50-80Mbps) This is a Japanese house built about 60 years ago. It is a two-story building of about 50 square meters, and is equipped with a private kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, making it convenient for long-term stays. Smoking is prohibited indoors, but is permitted in designated smoking areas. We also accept long-term reservations.
