Omuro no Mori Gyokusui is a nine-room inn for adults overlooking the ocean from the heights of Izu Kogen. We aim to harmonize the traditions of Japanese ryokan with luxury. We hope you will enjoy not only your time at the ryokan, but also the beauty created by nature, especially the beauty of Izu, which is recognized as a World Geopark Izu. Izu Kogen, where the inn is located, was formed from the eruption of Mount Omuro 4,000 years ago. This eruption also created the beautiful coastline of Jōgasaki Beach. There is also a beautiful lake called Lake Ippekiko, which is called the "Eye of Izu". All of these lakes are only a 15-minute drive from the inn. We hope that you will take a walk in these beautiful natural surroundings and relax your tired body in our hot springs or at the inn.
