The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, making it ideal for long-term stays. All guests (including children) must be registered, and a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or health insurance card) is required before check-in. Without this, the key code cannot be provided. ◇The property is in a residential area. Please avoid loud noise at all times. ◇Please inform us if guest numbers differ from the booking. Extra guests without notice may incur charges. ◇Pets (small dogs only) are allowed for a fee. ◇No shoes indoors, no fireworks, no smoking. ◇Towels are provided for one night per guest.
