Opened in April 2013 with brand new facilities, Piece Hostel Kyoto is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from JR Kyoto Station. It features a spacious and comfortable lounge, a tatami (woven-straw) terrace and a wall-size map with latest event information around Kyoto. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property, while portable WiFi devices are available for guests to use during their stay for an additional fee. The hostel is about a 10-minute subway ride away from Nijo-jo Castle, and a 10-minute drive from popular Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Fushimi Inari with hundreds of red gates can be reached within a 10-minute train ride. Kyoto Piece Hostel provides a fully-equipped kitchen, a library with international books and guidebooks, and internet PCs for free. Laundry machines and clothes dryers can be used at an extra charge. Bicycles can be rented for a day to explore the city. Private rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV and a washbasin. A semi-double size bunk (47 in wide) in the dormitory rooms comes with a luggage space and a security locker. Drinks and snacks can be ordered at the on-site bar counter.

Directions from Kyoto Station to the property may be confusing. Please remember to print out a map to the property.

Reservations with invalid credit cards may be canceled by the property, if the guests fail to provide another valid credit card information within 24 hours after notification.

Please contact the hostel about the cancelation policy if you are booking for a group of 10 people or more. The property may not be able to accommodate a booking by the same person for more than 20 people.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the double and twin rooms includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.
