Ikken Yado Doudou is a renovated old house that can be rented out as an entire inn. Chichibugahama Beach, famous for its sunsets, is just a two-minute drive away. Enjoy relaxing in the spacious dining kitchen with concrete dirt floor, the living room where you can enjoy reading, and the second floor which still retains the original structure from when the house was built in 1952. [Total floor space for guests] 127㎡ [Dining/kitchen] 25㎡ The entire space from the entrance to the dining/kitchen is a dirt floor. Enjoy your coffee or meal in a nostalgic atmosphere. The dirt floor gets cold in the winter, so we have air conditioning and oil fan heaters. [Living room] 25㎡ The living area is furnished with three lounge chairs and a 2.5-seat sofa, where you can relax and enjoy Prime Video and other content on the TV. There is also a desk available, which can be used as a comfortable workspace. [Second floor/bedroom] 51㎡, of which 27㎡ is the bedroom. The second floor has been designed to retain the specifications from when it was built in 1952 as much as possible, giving it the atmosphere of a literary master's home. The bedding is a single-size mattress （up to 5 ）about 20cm thick placed on the tatami mats. [Water facilities] The kitchen facilities, washroom, and bath have been renovated, so you can use them comfortably. There is a washing machine so that you can stay for multiple nights. There is no dedicated dryer, but the bathroom has a clothes drying function. [Parking] There is free parking for one car in a monthly parking lot about 50 meters from the inn. ◎Safety Notice Some wooden areas (hallway, thresholds, window frames) may have splinters. Please wear slippers and take care, especially with children. There is a 40 cm step between the living and dining rooms, and the stairs are steep. Please watch your step, particularly for children and elderly guests.

Our house is located on what used to be the main street of Nio Town. Next door is Kajito Shoten, a popular local shop, and across the street is the brewery of Nakahashi vinegar, well known for its traditional Nio vinegar. As you stroll through the town’s narrow backstreets, you’ll discover charming spots such as creative cuisine restaurants and long-established bakeries. We highly recommend taking some time to explore the area on foot. Chichibugahama Beach is just a 2-minute drive away, or about a 15-minute walk. An evening stroll to enjoy the beautiful sunset is especially recommended.
