★About preparation of bedding★ Preparation of bedding is different depends on number of people who stay We wil set bedding from 2nd floor. ・1 ~ 3 ppl：2nd Floor 【3 ppl per bed】 ・4ppl：1st floor【1 Futon Mattress for 1 person】2階【3 beds for 3 ppl】 ・5 ppl：1階【2 Futon Mattresses for 2 ppl】2階【3 beds for 3 ppl】 ※more than 6 ppl up to 10 ppl:2 people share the 1 bedding together. (All 5 beddings are double size.) Each room has Hot spring. We will prepare 1 face towel,1 body towel and 1 toothbrush with toothpaste for each person. 1 hair dryer in the room. Others、Free wi-fi, Washing machine, kitchenette, Vacuum cleaner in the each rooms ※We don't prepare Pajamas or nightgown, so please bring these if you need ※You need extra cleaning fee if you need house cleaning while your stay. And you need to pay extra fee for adding more towels. ※You can park 2 cars each Mai and Suzu(For Mai's guests are able to park 1 small car and 1 Normal size car at parking lot.)

Neighbourhood information

In the Yufuin town, there are good restaurant with Local foods, You can walk and eat around Yunotsubo Street, You can play around with kids. Especially, Kinrin Lake, natural water mixed with Hot spring which is very rare is good to see in the morning, Many tourist visit Kinrin Lake. My house located close to kinrin Lake which takes only 3 mins by walking. To the Yunotsubo street, Only takes 10 mins away from accommodation.
