“大浴場で久しぶりに足を伸ばしてお湯につかることができました。部屋の清掃をキャンセルできたので、午前中に用務を済ませて、午後2時ごろに部屋に帰って体を休めることができました。清掃をお願いしていたら、気を使って午後3時ごろまで街中で時間を潰す必要があったのですが、暑い日差しの中、そのような気遣いをせずに済みましたので助かりました。「清掃キャンセル」のサービスは有難いです。”
