The property has a curfew at 23:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time.

Guests without dinner in their booking can check in until 21:00.

Guests with reservations that do not include breakfast or dinner who wish to eat breakfast or dinner on site are required to make a reservation at least 24-hours prior to their check-in date. Additional fees apply.

To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttle is available between 14:00-20:00. Reservations made on the day of guests' arrival cannot be accepted.

The public indoor and outdoor hot spring bath changes in turn for male and female at certain times. Only the indoor private hot spring bath is open between 22:00-06:00.
