Not beach front, but beach is 5 minute by car.) house. ・3LDK of about 160 square meters on the 1st and 2nd floors + spacious terrace overlooking the sea. ・BBQ available on the spacious terrace overlooking the sea (except when it rains or is windy). ・You can use the covered BBQ space on the 1st floor even when it rains. ・Limited to one group per day. ・Pets are welcome (all breeds are welcome, except outdoor dogs and non-vaccinated dogs). ・Unlimited viewing of Netflix, etc. ・Free wifi available in all rooms. ■ Surrounding information ・By car → About 5 minutes to Izukyu Shimoda Station. About 6 minutes to Shirahama Beach. About 3 minutes to Sotoura Beach (about 20 minutes on foot). ・All supermarkets are within 10 minutes by car. ・There are many day-trip hot springs within 1 km. ・You can also enjoy fishing in the surrounding area. ※The room charge will be the same for any number of people. ※The accommodation fee for pets is 1,540 yen to 3,850 yen, and the amount varies depending on the size of the dog. If you are staying with pets, please be sure to let us know the number, breed and weight of the dogs. ※We have a strict cancellation policy for accommodation that is limited to one group per day.
