中国“前台讲解非常详细。可挑选自己喜欢的浴衣。大堂吧台提供免费酒类及软饮，还有小食和冰淇淋。早晚餐均为自助，餐品丰盛，早餐还有自助海鲜丼。别馆有免费乒乓室，直接预约即可。还有免费的按摩椅，泡完温泉按一按，驱走疲劳。夜宵时间提供免费咖喱乌冬。关于交通，酒店提供了可预约的仙台站免费接送，省时省力。”

台湾“早餐非常的美味, 晚餐也是很多樣的選擇. 仙台的名產牛舌這裡也有提供喔. 除了泡湯, 消夜的烏龍麵也是很好吃, 大廳無限量的提供飲料和小點心也是很貼心的服務,但是bar檯的服務人員態度不是很親切.對了泡湯後還可以到卡拉ok唱首歌, 也有按摩椅可以放鬆. 在仙台車站的飯店shuttle因為下午時間在4點, 所以一定要抓緊時間, 不然就要花錢坐車了(路程不算近). 但是總體是很棒的經驗.”
