We have reopened! We have renewed our cleaning company and are looking forward to seeing you! A newly built designer apartment in Setagaya Ward! The rooms are unified with a modern taste, creating a space with an urban and calm atmosphere. There are also plenty of indoor facilities for families and those staying for long periods of time for work, making it an extraordinary space that can be used in practical ways. (High-speed optical Wi-Fi, working space available) Room 301 is 40㎡ in size and is designed for a relaxing stay. Room 302 is a 1LDK type and can be used in various patterns♪ Additionally, the area around Setagaya Ward is one of the quietest residential areas in Tokyo. This is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet night out after enjoying an outing in Shibuya or Shinjuku during the day! If you go to the station, there are convenience stores, stylish cafes/restaurants, and supermarkets. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, so you can enjoy cooking your own meals. From the nearest station, Kyodo, you can get to Shinjuku in 12 minutes without changing trains! In addition, Shimokitazawa, which is attracting attention for its subcultures such as music and fashion, is 3 minutes away. It's also within 15-20 minutes of Shibuya, so it's easily accessible! Gotokuji Station, famous for its beckoning cats, is a 10-minute walk away. We hope you will consider our rooms as a base for enjoying a wonderful stay in Tokyo. We are looking forward to your visit♪
