The hotel offers a free shuttle at regular times between 08:00 and 21:00 (runs every 30 minutes), from JR Karuizawa Station’s South Exit. Reservation is not necessary.

Guests can leave their luggage at the Karuizawa Station Prince Hotel Guest Service Centre (located at the South Exit), and receive them at the front desk if they wish.

Please note that car traffic, public transport and shuttle services may be disrupted by heavy snows. Please check weather conditions in advance.

A shuttle service to the hot spring is available, and the ride will take approximately 13-minutes.

If an adult guest has booked with a meal plan, children aged 4 years old and above will still be charged a fee for their meal. Please pay for the children's meal at the property restaurant.
