We are located in Sofuke, Inzai City — about 40 km from central Tokyo, 20 km from Chiba City, and just 15 km from Narita Airport. This vibrant, local neighborhood is ideal as a first stop after landing at Narita Airport. It’s convenient for day trips to Tokyo and surrounding areas, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. It also makes a perfect final stop before leaving Japan, offering a quiet and comfortable place to rest and reflect before your journey home.

Please let us know your bed preference before arrival.If not specified, we’ll prepare Western-style beds using the fewest rooms possible based on your group size.Changes requested after check-in will incur a 3,000 yen service fee. We appreciate your understanding. Here are the house rules: -No shoes indoors. -Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited indoors. A violation fee of 50,000 yen will apply. -Quiet hours after 10:00 PM. -Please wash any used dishes and cookware. -Please sort your garbage and take it to the designated bins located outside the house. -Please keep the key safe. Lost key fee: ¥20,000 (lock replacement). -Early Check-in / Late Check-out requires prior arrangement. 2,000 yen per hour.
