This classic Chalet is a hidden gem right along Diani Beach. The beautiful sandy beach connects to the house via a 25m footpath. The warm breeze goes through the classic open roof, no need for noisy AC. The layout is lovely from the living room which connects all other rooms. 2 bedrooms are nicely appointed one with a king bed and the other one with a queen bed and sitting area and own entrance from the garden. The surrounding palm garden is spacious and protected monkey families can be seen.
I visit many countries all over Europe and Africa. My home is in Vancouver, so it is always far away, since the transatlantic flights are too long. I like it quiet, listen to folk music and like to know a little about the history of places were I am. Always so interesting. There is just our hostess coming to greet you but she is living outside. We arrange for cleaning typically every 2-3 days according to your wish.
This unique little ensemble of waterfront beach houses in the classic English Garden house design is well kept. The palm garden is well kept but not manicured. 3 protected Monkey species are home in the trees and some are sneaky enough to look what you might have on your table. Left and right along the beach are similar properties. No big hotels or beach bars are anywhere close. This place is for pure relaxation, just feel the breeze from the ocean which is j 20m away. You can walk along the beach for kilometres and access any restaurant, supermarket or banks up along the Diani Beach road by just heading up about 200-300m through the connectors between beach and Beach Ave. Over time you can get very familiar with the area without any other transport needed.
