THING TO NOTE: (We do not have car parking, our parking space is available for motorbike or bike only) My home is located in a local community, but it is a safe area. You will like it. ABOUT MY HOME: This beautiful villa is designed with Khmer decor, a lot of green plants and flowers surrounding to make you feel peaceful or enjoy your stay and facilities, if you book whole villa you will have everything as your self such as, private kitchen, living room, outdoor greenery spaces all are beautiful. All bedrooms, all bathrooms are carefully designed and decorated to E-Co friendly atmosphere. It is the ideal place for relaxing and for private service or stay. You will find this kind of house is rare and unique in this town. This place is easy to access to everywhere, It is only 10 mins drive by Tuk Tuk from the villa to the City Center of the Siem Reap town, or to the temple areas, it locates in a village just between City Center and Angkor Temples. You will find this place is convenient. The rooms are located on the same level ground floor, It is the best ideal for couple, family or a group looking for the private stay and relax. All bedroom is really suitable for any guest who has the difficulty for climbing up the staircase. Each bedroom is equipped with king size bed and twin size bed, individual WiFi connection, a writing desk, a reading lamp, a sitting area, tea or coffee facilities, hair dryer, and a closet.

And next to the temple is a river park. - Apsara road (Google map) Local night market : 2 kilometers from the villa and about 20 to 25 minutes by walk only. - KOI Thé Siem Reap Phsar Ler (Google Map): 1 kilometer from the villa and about 15 minutes by walk. - Mix Jii Pizza (Google Map)t: 0.50 kilometer from the villa and about 10 minutes by walk. - B&C Restaurant (Google Map): 0.50Kilometer from the villa and about 10 minutes by walk, open from breakfast to dinner, close at 10pm. - Boeung Donpa gym and steam: Just at the back of the property and almost 5 minutes by walk. There are many other local stores that you can buy beers or snack just minutes walk.
