Sealofts On The Beach consist of 25 duplexes on a 3 acre oceanfront lot adjacent to the Marriott Resort & directly across the Royal St Kitts Golf Course. Amenities include pool, gazebos, barbecue area & lush tropical garden. Our units come fully equipped & a couple provide many extras including local cellphone, a US line with unlimited free calls to US & Canada & limited free calls to other countries. The poolview units contain 3 floors connected by a spiral staircase & only 1 Seaview unit contains 2 floors connected by a standard staircase, while the other Seaview units have 3 floors with a spiral staircase. Seaview units ALL boast an amazing ocean view even from within the unit & an extended deck for entertaining/sunbathing. The ground floor of all villas is an entrance hall with full bath & closet with washer/dryer. Caribbean Paradise Realty (across the street from Sealofts) fully manages the advertised units. Both check-in/check out times are flexible. Joyce (Office manager) is always just a phone call away and provides superior service to our guests. Guests enjoy walking a few steps from the door of the villas to the oceanfront to sunbathe & relax. Sealofts awaits you!

We inspect the units under our care & ensure that they are ALL to a high standard. While maintenance issues may crop up occassionally (through no fault of anyone), you can be assured that in the rare event they do, they will be immediately attended to. We love when guests stop by our office across the street to use guests' computer or for assistance with tours, etc.

Frigate Bay is an upmarket area known for its fine restaurants, beautiful beaches, nightlife, casinos & golf course. However, while these activities are close you won't hear them at Sealofts - all you hear are the wind & the waves. A # of restaurants & bars are in short walking distance, so if you decide not to prepare meals, you just need to walk next door to the Rituals to enjoy breakfast beginning at 7am or take a walk of less than 5 minutes to the Marriott or any of the row of restaurants that line Zenway Boulevard for lunch or dinner. There is a taxi stand outside Sealofts, so getting around the island is a breeze if you choose not to rent a car. You are offered complimentary taxi to the property on arrival ONLY. You can book the taxi driver to take you on tours or wherever you desire during your stay. If you choose to rent a car, private covered parking is available directly outside the door of each villa. The property manager for these units (Joyce) can be found at the Caribbean Paradise Realty's office opposite Sealofts & directly across the taxi stand.
