All guests must present a valid ID with a photo attached at check-in and a physical credit card used at the time of booking. We inform you that all separate requests are available at check-in only and may incur additional costs.

Please note that the fitness center, sauna and indoor swimming pool are closed on 4th Tuesday.

Children aged 16 and under are not allowed in the fitness center and sauna.

Children under the age of 13 must use the pool with their guardians.

"According to the Youth Protection Act, guests who are not accompanied by a guardian are not permitted to enter the room."
