L7 Hotel is striving to protect beautiful nature and the precious environment. As part of the ‘Rethink’ campaign, we are participating in reducing the use of disposable products, so toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided free of charge. If necessary, please use the products sold at MAXIBAR on the 3rd floor. Your warm consideration protects the precious environment.

At check-in, the English name on the passport and the name (English) you enter at the time of reservation must match, and check-in is not possible if there is a discrepancy.

Please note that tea or coffee-making facilities are not available in the rooms, but complimentary Nespresso(machine) coffee is provided at L' Coffee Station in Bubble Lounge on the 3rd floor.

The meeting room and gym will be closed for construction work from September 14, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Please note that all guests (including children) need to provide a valid (ID/government-issued ID/passport/student ID) at check-in.
