Sunnyside House is bright and cozy house. It takes 3 mins by walking from Hongik St. exite 5~7 and right next to the Kyeongin Forest. My house is 3rd floor with stairs(No elevator), 2 rooms, a kitchen and dining area, a living room and a bathroom. There is a Nesppresso coffee Machine and provide 1 capsule per one person as a welcome gift. -Bed room : 2 beds(Queen size), A/C -Bed room : 1 bed(Queen size), A/C -Living room: a table and sofa, TV, A/C -Kitchen and dinning : refrigerator, gas stove, coffee pot, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, table and chairs -Floor heating for Winter -A/C for Summer (May ~ October) -Free wifi
