I chose this property because, in my view, it can provide all the basic requirements of a holiday home for most people in terms of location and value for money.
The unique benefits of this property are: excellent location, breathtaking sea views, secluded pool, very private, owner does live on site.
My property is located in the heart of Rodney Bay, with easy walking access to most amenities you would need to make your holiday complete. Rodney Bay is the touristic capital of St Lucia, so we are walking distance from over 30 restaurants, 14 bars and over 340 shops within 3 shopping malls. The immediate neighborhood to my property is residential and very quiet.
