It is Located at La Mar, Laborie in a small quiet residential area, eight minutes from the town of Vieux Fort in Saint Lucia, at the South of the Island. You'll be greeted by golden morning sunrise slowly popping from over the shallow hills, you can see from this tropical home. The house is open and spacious, cooled down with high powered fans and also don't forget the natural island breeze, circulating inside from large windows that brings the beautiful outside in. The home has an open plan kitchen with dining area and comfy living room. There is a spacious veranda running along the front of the house toward the sides, where you will have views of the ocean

The home is about 1 hour from the capital Castries, and 30 minutes from Soufriere. There's plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and outdoor activities. You are located within short driving distances from beautiful beaches, supermarkets restaurants, bars and everything you can wish for in a tropical setting. A Microwave is available to heat ready made meals If you would like me to cook a meal for you please discuss and request in advance. The washing machine is available for use - cost (40 USD for long term stay one time fee) and 15 USD per wash for short term stay. During winter you'll experience cool tropical breeze. You can wear comfortable and light clothing year round. GREEN ENERGY Please help me save electricity and water by not using more than necessary. Turn off all fans, lights and counter top appliances if not in use. NOTE: We use 220 volts on the island but I also have 110 volts. Your phones, laptops, and any other devices can be charged at the house easily. Portable electronics are usually equipped with dual voltage capabilities. There is plenty of space for parking outside or on the premises if you decide to rent a vehicle. I recommend renting a vehicle no matter where you decide to stay on the island, makes it easier to visit key locations at will. Besides it cheaper to do so instead of hiring taxis all the time.
