Cleopatra Villas manages a pool of short-term rental properties in central Rodney Bay, with varying price categories. At the lower price band we have Cleopatra Studio sea-view apartments and at the top end we have the Harbour water-front villas.
The Harbour is a newly built water-front townhouse development in the heart of Rodney Bay within a very short walk of shops and all local amenities, whilst being very quiet and secure. If you have a boat it can be docked in front of your unit.
Cleopatra sea-view properties offer a large 7 bedroom villa which is ideal for families and groups. The property is subdivided in 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or in any combination of apartments.
As manager living on site at the Harbour, I get to meet most guests on arrival and departure. I respond quickly to all guests request and together with my dedicated staff go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a pleasurable and memorable holiday experience.
The neighbourhood is very multi-cultural with a very friendly atmosphere. Visitors will find the locals are very courteous and helpful. You will marvel at how close all amenities are and the high standard of products in most shops and of food in restaurants.
Finding an escape from the hustle and bustle of the shoppers is very easy as the beach, bars and quiet landscapes are not too far away.
