This is a family run guest house with six comfortable rooms. A Continental or Sri Lankan breakfast is included in the price of your stay. We are happy to prepare lunch & dinner for our foreigners an extra cost. We can arrange for our foreigners as their wishes car, bike and tuk tuk for rental or if they willing to get an transportation service from us we can arrange it too. Our guest can Shopping in Mirissa city center is an easy 5 minutes walking distance and 15 - 20 minutes away from the hotel to reach to Matara and waligama cities. Specially the most famous location among foreigners was coconut tree hill and turtle bay 4 minutes faraway from the hotel.

Villa Blue Ocean is situated 50 meters ( 3 - 4 minutes walking to the beach ) from the long & beautiful Mirissa beach, which is a toursist paradise. The main part of the house is 150 years old antique modern house. We have Deluxe and Luxury triple rooms those rooms are partial side ocean views and after couple of months ago we made 3 rooms in the property backside. those room are bit superior than infront rooms and not noisy.
