Our property is nestled in a peaceful scenic area in Kondagammulla Demanhadiya, offering the perfect relaxation. Just minutes away from Bandaranayaka international Airport. 15 Minutes away, you will find golden beach of Negombo, 6km to St' Annes church, 6km to Angurukaramulla Budhist temple, 7km To Dutch Canal, 7.5km to Negombo Fish Market, 8km to Negombo lagoon, 7km to Negombo Beach Park, and most of the famous restaurants.
It is just 1.5km to Cargills food city where you can purchase your groceries. If you want to spend some time in the nature, you can visit ceylon kingsman garden, just 750m.
