Kandy Holiday Residence which has been designed by a renowned and award winning Architect Lalin Collure who has won the prestigious Geffrey Bawa Award in July 2008 has incorporated both the Kandyan Architecture and the Dutch Style in it . It has been built of bricks and mahogany and timber imported from Malaysia . And outdoor furniture is either imported from Malaysia or made out of timber imported from Malaysia . Kids Library Kandy Holiday Residence offers you a children’s library enriched with a large collection of children’s books , Adventures of TinTin series , Oxford Children’s Encyclopedia , Britannica Illustrated Science Library Encyclopedia Britannica and etc,. Elders’ Library Kandy Holiday Residence also offers the elders a library enriched with a large collection of English Dictionaries , such as Oxford Dictionary , Chambers Dictionary , Webster’s Dictionary , Cambridge Dictionary , English Classics , Novels , other Dictionaries , English Law Books , Law Dictionaries such as Blacks Law Dictionary , Stroud’s Judicial Dictionary , books on culture , crafts and History of Sri Lanka and etc,.

We warmly welcome you to Kandy Holiday Residence which nestles on the top of a hill overlooking the misty mountain range called Knuckles a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Hunnasgiriya mountain , longest river of Sri Lanka , the Mahaweli on the east and the Udawattakele sanctuary , a forest on the west and bordering the forest in the natural surroundings of the Kandy City a UNESCO World Heritage Site and which has a luxury three bedroom villa and one bed room villa surrounded by lush , green wooded hills covered sometimes by hazy clouds and mist . Kandy Holiday Residence is situated around 900 metres from the Sacred Temple of Tooth Relics and 800 meters from the historic National Kandy Museum . It is also 700 metres from the Historic Kandy Lake and Kandy Cultural Arts Centre and 1.2 kilo metres from the Kandy City Centre and six kilo meters from the Famous Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya . Since the Kandy Holiday Residence is nestled on a hill top adjoining the lush green of the Udawattakele sanctuary and having its access road through the shade of the giant trees of the forest and Kandy Holiday Residence is free from the hustle and bustle of the Kandy City .
