Koratuwa villa is a modern 3 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms and swimming pool. Modern kitchen with oven, large fridge and dishwasher. House has unlimited supply of hot water, internet and wifi, large tv , a gym and a generator for the times when the power is out. Located in beautiful setting in a local village.

The house is located next door to the family home (with the building housing the gym in between). Cleaning is included in the price for short stays and some cooking and shopping can be provided if requested for an additional small price. Washing can also be undertaken on request. A washing machine is also available. We will take care of you as much or as little as you would like!! Day tours can be arranged with a car and driver to nearby places such as Ude Walawa National Park, whale watching at Mirissa, turtle watching, Galle Fort and other places.

Down South in Sri Lanka is truly a beautiful place. This house is approximately 2 hours from Colombo via the highway to Belliatta, one and half hours from Ude Walawe National Park, less than an hour to Hikkaduwa, 5 minutes by car to Hiriketiya beach. Everything is within relatively close reach. A local bus is 5 minute walk to the main road. Tuk Tuk's (three wheelers) are also available and can be readily arranged. A scooter is available for rent. We can also arrange a car and driver for day trips and for airport pick ups.
