Nestled in the lush Sri Lanka Jungles our newly built villa is only 1 min walk from Kabalana beach (The Rock Surf Point). With panoramic views of green tree tops, a beautiful pool and everything you need for the perfect escape in paradise.
Hi! My name is Zozi. I fell in love with the Island 4 years ago when I came with my partner to sell foam surf boards to the local surf schools. We immediately fell in love with the nature, the wave and the people and decided to buy a property and begin developing. Over the course of the years we have developed many properties including Nina Villa, which we developed for a good friend of ours.
What we love most about this neighbourhood is that it is mature. There are really nice, well designed, yummy restaurants, shops and little cafes - really cool places to hang out on the beach and in the water. There are so man great places to surf near the villa for beginners and professionals. We are also really close to koggola river where you can kayak, and stand up paddle board.
