This is a privately owned, and a privately managed property, by a husband and wife combination of Elaine and Rory. Elaine being British and me being srilankan, this merging of two different cultures and nationalities is reflected in the well appointed penthouse, giving you all the modern amenities and the luxuries of the western world along with the the laid back serenity and calmness of a sleepy fishing village in the Asian culture. Having widely traveled the world, and stayed in many an apartment and hotel due to our respective professions, me an airline pilot and Elaine a professional in the garment industry, both now retired, we know exactly what the traveller is looking for. Hosting also gives us the opportunity to meet many a traveller from varied nationalities and cultures, which we do miss, since we retired.
