Located less than 500m from Negombo Beach Park and less than 8km from the Bandaranaike International Airport which is the nearest airport to the property. Sand & Surf offers accommodation with patio and a Garden. Among the facilities of this property are a 24 hour front desk, kitchen facilities and a Rooftop terrace with free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The property provides free private parking and paid Airport taxi services.
The units at the Guesthouse come with Air conditioning, a lounge, a kitchen, an outdoor dinning area and a private bathroom. Some units include a private balcony with a garden and city view. All the units are fitted with bed linen and towels, wardrobe/ closet and completed with teak furnitures.
