Sri Villas is one of the few privately owned properties on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka that can truly be called beachfront with its undisturbed panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.

Property information

While the villas are equipped to cater to the expectations of modern living, much of the design is based on traditional Sri Lankan homes. High vaulted ceilings, tall louvered doors and windows shading large open spaces.

Neighbourhood information

Ten minutes south of Bentota Beach, and five before Kosgoda Beach, is the charming sleepy, fishing village of Induruwa – home to Sri Villas. Induruwa has no main shopping centre, only small local village shops, but is only a short way to the larger towns of Bentota, Aluthgama or Kosgoda
