The Palazzo is located 900 m from the Weligama Bay Surf Point, which you can reach by walking in less than 10 minutes. If you rent a scooter, it will take less than 4 minutes to reach the beach, food cities, restaurants, and fish market as well. From the Palazzo, 5km to Mirissa and 5km to Midigama Beach You can reach Kurumba Bay Food Restaurant, Nomad Cafe, Spa Ceylon, Cargills Food City, Java Lounge, Marriot Hotel Kitchen, Surf Schools, and Food City in less than 900m.  There are gorocceries and "LineUp" restaurants around 300m (walking distance). All can be accessed by around 1–1.5 km from the property as well.

Dedicated and seasoned hotelier with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Me & my wife are both software engineers who work at Sri Lanka Telecom. We really loved getting travel around my country, and throughout our travels we got lots of experience from hotels and villas. Therefore, we decided to make a small villa for visitors and travelers who love Weligama, and we decided to host them with all the latest facilities you need! Typically, I will be there to welcome you on your arrival day. I will provide everything for you (keys and equipment). Most of the time, I will come to my home on weekends, and if there are any requirements, I can come and visit you on weekends. During the cleaning day, I will arrange for a lady to clean your garbage and your room or bathroom as well. Maybe if it is Saturday or Sunday, I will clean. If it is a weekday, I will arrange for a lady to do it. When we host you, we leave the property and provide everything for your use.

The Palazzo has three neighbors: one is my home, and in front of the property is another homestay house that we call "Comfy Home," and opposite to the property is my elder mom's home. All three are very quiet and enterprise people. We are family-friendly and have more than 6 years of experience in homestay culture.
