The accommodation is located at the hearth of Siauliai old town in a particularly convenient location, accessible by car from the inside of the building. There is also a large parking lot just outside the building. The accommodation is accessed by the separate entrance directly to the pedestrian area. This pedestrian boulevard has all the city's most popular dining and leisure places, all of which a located just 60-100 meters away from the accommodation. The premises are facing the courtyard with the refurbished city's fountains which can be seen from the windows. In the same building there is a men's barbershop ``Barber’s House'', there is a large shopping center MAXIMA just 140 m away. In the room you will find a 180-wide bed, a kitchenette with all of the equipment, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, 55-inch TV with the 50 most popular TV channels and air conditioning.
