D33 is a brand new, stylishly furnished apartment with patio/terrace and garden in the North of Vilnius. The garden is 40 sq. meters and is accessible from the patio via the living room. The apartment has luxurious and cosy furniture (made in Lithuania), high-end kitchen appliances (full size fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine), an air conditioning and heater, a private free parking in front of the apartment. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with the Grohe rain shower, as well as a washing machine/dryer. The bedroom has a comfortable continental bed (king size, 160x200m), a big wardrobe, a desk and a chair (suitable for working from home/remote work). Fast free WIFI (up 250 Mbps) and Netflix. Secure and quiet area (the territory is accessible through the barrier). The area is surrounded by pine trees and various plants.
Neighbourhood: quiet area, surrounded by nature: the forests and lakes - Lake Gulbinas and Green Lakes (Žalieji Ežerai) - are not far away from the apartment. The shopping center UNA is only 3 min away (Rimi supermarket, Senukai DIY market, pharmacy, etc.). Big shopping malls Ozas and Akropolis are only 9 km away (12 min by car). Vilnius Old Town is 13 km away.
