INTERIOUR: - Spacious dining room is connected to the kitchen in one space. - Living room with a fireplace, modern interior, cozy lighting. - Separate shower and toilet rooms. FURNISHING: - The apartment is newly renovated (November, 2021) and furnished with high-quality oak furniture. - The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, owen with microwave, coffee machine). - All the necessary equipment for a comfortable life and work: LG Smart TV, fiber-optic and wi-fi Internet, cable TV, washing machine with dryer, massage shower. - Separately equipped workplace. - Comfortable double bed in the bedroom. - Rollaway bed in the dining room area. - Closets in the bedroom and living room.
