This house about 400 years old .and the last of 15 warehouses remaining in the port of Liepaja , situated at the canal front, this 3 story wooden mansion is out of this world, no screws used for building, all wooden nails The house is 90 % original shape and has all the fell you need, hard to leave this place. We have two apartments in basement-WITHOUT windows (Street side,River side), before you take apartments, read information about the house.
I'm a Rock musician now based in New Orleans were i play and run my own club, our family has several places around the world in Africa Venezuela and Latvia , we buy and restore old houses and love during it
at the water front canal that connect the Liepaja lake to the sea in the city center about 10 min walk from the beach and 300 m to my own music club Fontaine Palace
