An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Full renovation inside with good soundproof. Walk to the station Vaivari - 2 minutes, to the sea - 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. The use of a barbecue grill is free of charge. Sauna is provided for additional fee. All sauna preparation and subsequent cleaning is done by yourself (cleaning can be ordered for a fee) . Early check-in and late check-out options are available, as well as a free luggage storage service. You can rent up to 2 bikes. The swimming pool nearby is available (advance booking required). Friendly dog and cat can occasionally walk in the garden. The house is connected to a city water pipeline. Additional water filtration system is installed. There is no need to buy bottled water. Noise and loud music are prohibited in the apartments at any time. The owners observe silence from 23.00 to 7.00 and expect the same from the guests.
