When I was a little girl, I dreamt about a little fairy-tale house in a garden full of flowers, sunshine and happiness around. When I grew up, I made my dream into reality and had such a house built - a romantic sauna house close to the beach where to forget everyday troubles and escape from the world. We have had lots of happy moments there, and now you are welcome to have yours as well! I believe that walls of a house can accumulate positive energy and give it further to others, therefore enjoy your stay here and add your positive emotions, too! There is everything you need for a normal living - a balance between nature and comfort. It is a good place to stay with a family and children or to enjoy a romantic stay with your beloved. However, it’s not appropriate for loud, bigger parties. We love the chalet and have always taken a good care of it, and I hope you will do the same, leave it nice and clean so that also others after you can enjoy it. Thank you very much!

I am a married woman with a good husband and 3 wonderful daughters. I am a dreamer who believes in the positive around us. I love life and I like meeting new friends, singing, travelling, gardening and lots more. I am trying to live here and now and enjoy every moment of life.

The area is rather quiet, there are lots of private houses with gardens around. I live in a house next to the chalet in the same garden, so I can be reachable most of the time in case you need anything. There is a fence around the garden and the gates can be locked, so it is safe for children, too. The main attraction in Melluži is the sea (the Gulf of Riga of the Baltic Sea) and the beach. It is within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the chalet. There are nice white sand dunes with pine trees that is a good place for hiking. You can walk for kilometres along the sea coast. There are a couple of small food stores nearby, but for a bigger supermarket you will need to take a car or bus (about 7 km). You can reach the centre of Jūrmala (Majori) by train in 10 minutes. There is a pedestrian street where you can enjoy a walk to the beach and/or have a cup of coffee in a small cafe. In Dzintari there is a Dzintari concert hall where lots of famous musicians give concerts. Ķemeri National park with nature trails is another favourite place for tourists. It is about 18 km from the chalet.
