Completely renovated modern and cozy apartment just 12 min walk distance from famous Jurmala beach.
Guests will enjoy fully equipped apartment - from table dishes till electronic heating control.
Apartment has a wide sofa-bed which is equal to a typical king-size bed. In addition, two single sofa-beds which are suitable for an adult or a child.
Apartment has a terrace (12m2) with a set of lounge style furniture.
Grill equipment is available for free. Water cooler is available inside (cold only).
The area is private - automatic gate for cars and a separate pedestrian gate with lock.
A bottle of sparkling wine is provided as a welcome gift upon arrival.
Apartment is located in Jurmala - a famous Latvian seaside resort. The apartment is perfectly located in terms of logistics - 7 min walk distance till rail-station, 7 min walk till bus station, direct road till the location. Seaside just 12 min walk from the apartment.
