The apartment itself is fantastically cozy, with a lot of wooden elements, giving it a strong timber scent and a significant amount of so-called hygge style. Inside our premises, we have all the necessary facilities for living, including a chimney, high-class sofas, and a big dining table that can accommodate a large group or family. Sunrises and sunsets are fully observable from this vantage point, and our high seats on the panoramic balconies will make the experience of observing sunrises and sunsets completely unforgettable. During the night time, if the weather is good, the night sky with the moon and stars is as close to you as it gets.

The place is situated near the Daugava River, which can be fully seen from one of our panoramic balconies, as well as other sightseeing points such as the National Library of Latvia, Vansu Bridge, Z-Tower skyscraper, and many other architectural landmarks. The second panoramic balcony offers a view of the roofs of UNESCO-protected buildings, allowing you to enjoy the country’s most historical architecture from a bird’s eye view, including the House of Blackheads, St. Peter's Church—the highest church tower in the country, the Academy of Sciences, the Television Tower, and many other landmarks. Every hour, you can enjoy the pleasant sound of bell tolls playing different melodies from the roof of St. Peter's Church.
