Cozy, bright 50 m2 apartment in a quiet area, within walking distance to the Botanical Garden. This recently renovated Scandinavian design apartment on the 2nd floor features wooden floors, a separate bedroom, and a spacious living room with a shared kitchen area. Please note that the owner's belongings are in the apartment!
I am an artist and an art teacher who loves to travel.
Very convenient access to the center by public transport. Buses and trams come every 5 minutes. A 10-15 minute ride to the Old Town by tram/bus. 10 minutes by car.
The nearest grocery store is a 5-minute walk. The nearest restaurant (Georgian) is an 8-minute walk. The shopping center is a 25-minute walk away.
