Dar si Yanis’ is perfectly located in the most highly desirable area of the ancient Medina, Laksour. Built in a traditional Moroccan style, Dar Si Yanis is a beautiful private house. Dar Si Yanis is within 2 minutes of the world famous Jamma El Fna. Riad ‘Dar si Yanis’ can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and the rates are for the exclusive use of the complete house. You will have your own private Riad during your visit to the most beautiful and adventurous city of Morocco. The Riad is ideally suited for everyone: individual travellers, families or small groups of friends. Our attentive, yet discrete, French/English-speaking staff spares no effort to make our guests feel at home and ensure that their stay at ‘Dar si Yanis’ will be unforgettable. Throughout the Riad you can find the spirit of traditional Moroccan architecture. The total living space of the house is about 130m2 and it can comfortably accommodate four persons in its two bedrooms. It is equipped with reversible air-conditioning. There is a common bathroom with a bathtub. The house is composed of an eating/seating area with fire place for those cold winter nights. A kitchen and guest toilet are also on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find one bedroom for two persons. A small Moroccan salon for tea and relaxation. On the second floor you will find a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. There is a large terrace with dining room shaded by a pergola, with a view on the Altas and the Koutoubia Mosk. The spacious private terrace is ideal for sunbathing, taking drinks and enjoying the superb climate of Marrakesh.

Hayat can also prepare you evening meals consisting of a choice of starters, a typical dish and a dessert. The ingredients for the meals are bought fresh on the market every day.
