Welcome to our newly renovated and enhanced workation — work & vacation riad. A riad is traditional architecture where all rooms grouped around a inner courtyard. In 2006, the French designer Joel Roy and his son Pascal ought this riad and renovated it 2007 from ground up.
The style is a mixture of traditional Moroccan art and french interior design, beautiful decorated.
The house offers two junior suites with own bathroom and toilet with 24 m² and one senior suite 30 m².
In 2024 the house was enhanced with computer work places, each room has a WD RJ45 plug for direct access to the fibre with a 4 ms ping and an 100 Mbit symmetric up- and downstream, ideal for work, programming, games or entertainment. Computer workstation with Windows 11, a Playstation 4 and HDMI 4k monitors are on site for free use.
All guest have free access to the salon, the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, water kettle, gas cooker and full cooking equipment. Coffee, tea and softdrinks are free for guest, you may enjoy the breakfast in your room or the rooftop terrasse.
One private parking just in front of the door is available for booking, a public parking is 200m away.
Airport shuttlte to Casablanca Airport Mohammed V is available, you may calculate with 1,5 hours travel time.
All guest are invited to enjoy the rooftop terrasse with dining and coffee table, excellent WiFi and relaxing area. In the evening you may watch the spectacular sunset or walk to the restaurants or the nearby souk, just across the street from the entrance of the Portuguese City. In the day, you may enjoy the beach of El Jadida, just 400m away.

The Riad is placed in the center of the UNESCO protected World Cultural Heritage site of the old Portuguese fortress Mazagan. In Portuguese: Mazagão — is the ancient name of the present-day town of El Jadida, a fortified city built by the Portuguese in the early 16th century on the coast of Morocco.
The Riad is in the heart of the town, 800 m from the beach, 500 m to the entrance of the souk. El Jadida is the capital of horse riding in Morocco. Just 1 h away from Casablanca, 2 h to Marrakech.
