15 years ago, Doctor Maurice de L'arbre, doctor of the Principality of Monaco, had a group of historic buildings rehabilitated, formerly of princely origin, next to the Jamaa El Fana square in the medina, with the intention to contribute to the development of Morocco and its culture.
A large luxury, non-profit hotel complex with a large surface area is created while carefully preserving its authenticity.
The result is breathtaking:
