Company information

I have been in Fez since 2010, I came to furnish the riad and to turn the ruin next door into The Ruined garden cafe/restaurant. When I was in London I worked at The Ivy and The Wolseley. Before that I was a cook and designer in Manchester.

Property information

We specialise in informal but informed service and casual luxury, we serve Moroccan foods both traditional, and new wave, we hand roll couscous every friday at 12.00. We serve 7 hour lamb 'Mechwi' if you order a day in advance.

Neighbourhood information

We are in the walled old town of Fez, the medina, in the pedestrian zone. We are in a quiet residential area, though within 5 minutes in one direction you are on the main streets of the city and 10 minutes the other way and you are standing outsde the oldest university in the world.
