Giorgina and Massimo, the house's hosts, welcome their guests with warmth, care and attention to provide them a wonderful experience in a familiar and friendly atmosphere. They offer hospitality to guests looking for a house where a familiar and personalised understated service is provided and they will be happy to share with you their enthusiasm for Morocco. Massimo has been living many years in Africa and has plenty of stories about his experiences. Giorgina loves cooking and will overview all the delicacies coming out of the kitchen.

The legend says that this traditional arab house belonged to an art trader. Every room has been decorated according to a typical Moroccan form of art. The house develops around a peaceful inner courtyard with a central fountain. On the 1st floor guests can access their rooms from a beautiful columned gallery. There is also a cozy roof terrace with a small plunge pool. Our rooms are ideal for double occupancy, however there is the opportunity to add an extra bed in our suites (on supplement). The property is also available for exclusive rent, in occasions such as friends gatherings, family reunions, wedding and anniversaries.

Riad le Clos des Arts is very centrally located in a quiet and wealthy residential area by the Museum of Dar Si Said, at a 5 mins walk distance from the Djemaa el Fna Square and the Bahia Palace.
