Beautiful contemporary villa with heated pool located in a brand new luxurious Residence with 24 hour security. It is comfortably furnished, elegant and perfect for golfers, holiday makers, friends or families. The Villa is ideally suited for 5 adultes and 2 children (including babies) , Continental breakfast is available to guests every day. The Villa is operated by professional hoteliers and services of Swiss quality. All our guests benefit from special conditions at the Golf in Agadir as well as at The Golf Training Center. The Villa is equipped in European style and with quality furniture. It has a private swimming pool heated 365 days a year, bright spaces, a terrace and a balcony. It is three minutes away from three golf courses and five minutes from the sea and the city centre of Agadir. With a surface of 240 m², this new villa of 4 rooms offers you a parental room (King size bed 2m on 2m) with sight on the swimming pool and the garden, a dressingroom and bathroom. 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom (bed 1.80 x 1.40) with pool/garden view as well as a separate bedroom (bed 1.80 x 1.40) including bathroom, living room, well equipped open kitchen with a bar table on the living room, large 2nd living room with TV and a work desk, cloakroom, laundry room and a private parking (two cars possible) which complete the infrastructure of the villa Pay-TV including Netflix is offered in both living rooms on large screens as well as the master suite. The housekeeping service is done every third day and we change the bathroom linens and bed sheets once a week . Palmeraie Golf Villas are official partners of Golf Traning Center Agadir. Ps: -Guests are not allowed in the Villa or in the residence. -Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. Arrival time must be agreed in advance. Late arrivals are possible from 18:00, but an additional fee of 250 MAD will be charged on arrival.
