Квартира находится в тихом спальном районе. Летом - зеленый двор, для детей хорошие детские площадки. Рядом замечательная транспортная развязка, супермаркеты, продуктовый базарчик ( с домашними продуктами), кафе и рестораны. Квартира была капитально отремонтирована 2 года назад: вы сразу сможете это оценить.
В квартире каждому гостю предоставится памятка с достопримечательностями нашего государства, с ресторанами и популярными заведениями.
