Kuća se nalazi na 800 metara od mora kao i od centra grada u blizini na 100 metara se nalazi prodavnica.
Zelim da se svi gosti osjecaju kao kod svoje kuce i da im bude udobno u mome apartmanu.
Stari grad Ulcinj koji ima muzej i ljetnju pozornicu ,crkva Svetog Nikole , dvije Dzamije ,Pristan i kupaliste pjeskovito Mala Plaza gdje se nalazi korzo/setaliste u nocnim satima kao i razni picerije i restorani sa živom muzikom, nocni klubovi i kafeterije ,skela gdje pristaju brodovi,gliseri i camci.Ulcinj je poznat po najduzoj Velikoj Plaži sa lekovitim pjeskom 15 km duga kao i kamenim plažama na teritoriji od Valdanosa poznatog nekadasnjeg vojnog odmaralista, a sada poznate kamene plaže pa sve do do hotela Albatros sa izuzetkom Male Plaze koja je pjescana.Posjeduje i poznatu nudisticku takodje pjescanu plažu koja je udaljena od grada 15km poznata u svijetu Ada Bojana na rijeci Bojani.
